Enterprise

tailored · not bought with a card

For when the business no longer fits a fixed plan: heavy volume, several teams pulling at once, or requirements that have to be discussed before they are signed. It is not «Business but dearer»: it is a contract written for one specific case.

It starts with a conversation, not a form: support@uttera.ai. Tell us how much you move per month and in how many places at once, and we will tell you whether you need Enterprise or Business is enough — which is often the case.

Which one is mine?

Two plans per profile: the one that usually does, and the next one in case it falls short. You can switch whenever you like.

Students and teachersFreeStartupTranscribing lectures, interviews and notes, a summary up front to revise from, and learning languages. The free plan is enough to actually work, not just to look around.
Researchers and journalistsStartupDeveloperLong interviews: besides the transcript, who speaks when, and a summary up front.
Content creatorsStartupDeveloperPodcast and video: narration with a cloned voice, subtitles and dubbing into other languages, plus sound effects and background music with a clear licence, without fighting a stock catalogue. All of it is already in Startup.
Anyone building somethingFreeDeveloperFree to try the API with no card; Developer when the thing you built goes live and running out of credits on a Tuesday stops being acceptable. If what you are building is a game or an app with sound, effects and music come from the same API, from Startup up.
Law firms and expert witnessesDeveloperProfessionalThe signed PDF report: a recording becomes a document a third party can verify on their own. It belongs to Professional, and right now it is in Developer too as a promotion.
Clinics and practicesDeveloperProfessionalVoice notes that become a record. Audio is deleted after processing and we do not train on it — the first thing anyone asks here.
Companies under 10DeveloperProfessionalA product with voice in it, or the internal work of a handful of people.
Companies from 10 to 100ProfessionalBusinessSustained volume and several teams pulling at once. From Professional you can buy the analyses separately and there is an uptime commitment.
Companies over 100EnterpriseA tailored contract, a committed uptime figure, and the direct line that stops being a luxury at that size.
Contact centresBusinessEnterpriseVolume is not what decides here — how many calls come in at once is. Look at concurrent requests before credits. And hold music comes from here too: made to measure, with nobody else's rights behind it.
Agencies and integratorsProfessionalBusinessSeveral clients on one account, each with its own load and its own peaks. Voice, sound and music for all of them without buying a stock licence per project.

These are pointers, not rules: what really decides is how much audio you move and how many requests you fire at once.

1 The standard voice speaks 9 languages (en, en-gb, es, fr, hi, it, ja, pt, zh), and they are the same ones translation can return audio in. Text is translated into around 50; for the rest, the response arrives as text.

5 Launch promotion. The signed PDF report is part of Professional and up; we have also included it in Developer while the promotion lasts. See what it looks like: download a sample report — it is genuinely signed, so you can take it to the verification page and check it yourself.

2 The high-quality voice speaks around 30 languages: besides the above, German, Russian, Polish, Dutch, the Nordic languages, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Korean and several Southeast Asian ones, among others. There is no need to state the language: it is inferred from the text itself.

3 In cloning, the voice sample rules. If it has a strong accent from its own language and you ask it to speak another, the result does not always sound native: it is clearly understood, but you can tell where it came from. It is not a fixed rule — we have heard English samples sound very good in Spanish — it depends on the sample. If the target language matters, test first with a sample in it.

4 Formats accepted across all audio services: wav, mp3, flac, ogg, opus, aiff, m4a, webm.

License: what you can do with what you generate

On the free plan, what you generate is for personal, non-commercial use. It cannot be used for anything that produces income, directly or indirectly: not an ad, not a monetised video, not a product you sell, not company material.

From Startup upwards, the audio and text you generate come with a commercial licence: you may use them in paid work, publish them and distribute them, with nothing further to pay us per use.

⚠ That licence covers the use of what we generate, not any right over what you give us. It only reaches what was generated lawfully: if you send us a recording or a text you have no right to —someone's voice without their permission, a song, somebody else's writing— what comes out is still not yours and this licence does not cover you. What goes in is the responsibility of whoever uploads it.

This is the plain-language summary. The binding terms are the ones in the legal notice.
